			VIEWING

This program is a tile viewer that can convert a NES file to
GB graphics format, or a GB file to NES graphics format. To use this program
double click on the gbnescon1.exe file and pick a file to view. The graphics format
used on startup is unchangable and determined by the file extension. ( Because this program
is programmed using the standard Visual Basic PSet command the drawing code is rather
slow on my 250 MHz Pentium 2 computer.)

To change the offset type the offset in the text box by the <- Offset button. If you need
to use a hex offset type &H before the hex number. Hit enter or click the offset button to change
the offset. To change the number of tiles shown per row, type a number in the box next to Tiles
Per ROw button, and press enter or click the button.

			CONVERTING THE FILE

To convert the file, the file must be loaded. click the Export Converted button and
type the filename of the converted file. There will be a message box telling that the program
may lock up for a minute or so as the program converts the entire file to the other format.
(On my 250 MHz computer this takes about a minute with Pokemon Red)
When this is done a message box will alert you to this. The converted file will be then viewable
in a tile editor in the opposite format. This program is useful if you need to put GB graphics into
NES rom, or the other way around too.
